That depends on what you mean by full functionality. There are K adapters for m43 and Sony E that have aperture rings to allow the use of K lenses without aperture rings to be used stopped down, but they won't allow shutter preferred automation, I don't know about Fuji X mount but I assume

K-1 firmware 1.30 crop mode test

I tested crop mode as follows: K-1 with Sigma APS-C lens 8-16mm @ 16 mm (@ 16mm the Sigma covers FF) 3 pictures of bookshelves filled with books: FF gives 44.5 MB APS-C mode gives 22.2 MB 1:1 mode gives 45 MB So Mark Roberts suggestion is right: the camera adds just a cropping specification
