I dont have a lot of iMovie experience but the last 2-3 videos from my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone imported into iMobvie come up as green screens when i hover my mouse arrow of them. When i play the movie it gives my sound but just the green screens. I can see pictures in the thumbnails until

If I remember correctly, with a USB scanner Viewscan required that you have a working USB driver for the scanner.  That's usually why the "native" scanning software fails. The driver model was changed by Microsoft several times from Win2000, to WinXP and Vista and support for the old model
