He is indeed very big, one of the largest I have ever seen. I didn't measure him, but he is at least 5 inches long, and quite bulky. He pretty much fills the bottom of that 5-gallon bucket he is in. He appears to be a male, by the size of the "ears" compared to the size of the eyes. The blue
