Glad you're OK Ann, hope the smoke is not affecting your breathing too much.
That fire was just two blocks from where we stayed too.

No question - it was arson - but that is still in the news media, I
think, as "under investigation" My neighbors talk to the firemen ...
and reports from other local residents about the speed with which it
started, etc.
smoke fading from my office now thank goodness

I read the fire started in an abandoned building next door to the church.
That same building had an accidental electrical fire back in February. Might be
arson or it might be another accident.

Well, I don't see you complaining about them constantly, Rick. My partner uses
Yahoo as well … He doesn't complain about it either. I also have Yahoo
accounts. I find them a pain in the butt so I don't use them; I haven't deleted
them because there's no real point to that. But I don't worry

I have about 25 years of emails stored on my hard drive. I used Eudora
Pro as my email client for most of 20 years, and switched to Thunderbird
when changes in certificates rendered Eudora useless.

Well, I have 15 years of emails on Yahoo. I often search them for various
reasons. Even if I could migrate them, it would be a PITA.

No proof required. I'm Siciliano-Napolitano heritage;
I can't for the life of me understand why you continue to use a service that
you've been saying sucks for an age and a day and constantly gets worse. There
are plenty of excellent services that do email very reliably and without any
problems. Just go to one of them and toss the Yahoo stuff.
