Killing all insects in a home garden lawn doesn't sound like the way
forward for this world.
This type of damselfly is probably European/ North Africa based only and
it is the only one here that lays eggs on living branches of trees near
the water side.
That makes it easy for me to follow and
I have seen NO dragonflies or damselflies around here this summer. I
suspect that has something to do with the fact that most of my neighbors
have signed up for these pesticide services that spray your lawn every
month. They have knocked on my door at least 6 times last year and this
one, but I
ah well then, there is still hope for her :-)

And damselflies don't listen to my commands. They don't even hear sounds.:)
