I think they also differ in "white balance".
I liked the warmth of the earlier version.
Perhaps you can try keeping it warm while making it a bit lighter...

I admit I have probably failed at my attempts to compare these two
lenses properly:
SMC Takumar 50mm f/1.4 and
FA 50mm f/1.4.
The only thing I can see repeatably (!) is the difference in rendering
of colors; my radioactive Takumar shows everything a bit yellowish.
Other than this, their contrast a
K5, without doubt!

Still, you may consider playing with the sky a bit, like making it at
least slightly darker and bluish.
The artificially grainy one might as well be interesting if it did not
harm the nice color of the luxury item :)

I liked the overall mood and the good use of the fisheye.
Recently I have read something (probably mentioned in this list) that
it may be better to shoot twice in such a circumstance:
One for the sky and one for the boats.
The presence of a dark frame (trees) around the sky should make
merging tho
Lovely girl, beautiful lens.
I was also fond of my Super Takumar 50mm f/1.4.
However, after an informal test comparing it with the FA 50mm, I have
started to question the reasons of my fondness.
Maybe we should not need proofs for a love affair...
