A little arm twisting, a subway sandwich, and a couple of beers got me a
third arm. With a neighbor to hold the wrench on the top bolts and me
twisting away on the ratchet it only took a hour to remove the second
shock and replace both. You will recall it took me 4 hours, and cussing
the air

Sounds like you have a partially clogged nozzle. Run a cleaning cycle or
two and see if that helps. I am assuming that the thing did work
properly in the past.
