BH used inventory now available in real time

Off-camera AF220T

I would like to connect an AF220T off-camera. What would I need? Is it possible to use cords by manufacturers other than Pentax? (I read somewhere that the Canon Cord 2 may be used. What about the Nikon SC-17? I saw a picture on eBay and seems to be physically compatible.) My apologies for asking
