Does the *ist D have focus confirmation with M42 mount lenses? If so, was support in the initial firmware or did it require an upgrade? I ask because on another forum (no, not that one -- forum.manualfocus.org) someone mentioned they had acquired and *ist D but it wasn't doing focus confirmation
