I tried this lens in comparison with M-200/4. I took the same
picture with both lenses, sunny day, f8 probably. I could hardly
distinguish the two lenses (resolution and contrast). Same color
balance also.
It would be interesting to test it (or them) wide open.
The 3.5 has been adapted and used by Nikoneers for a while before
they had an equivalent optic for their F.
There is a version of the Takumar 200/3.5 with a tripod mount and one without.
