Here is a recent shot of my grandson Darius with my cousin Jim Davidson from Minnesota. Darius seemed to immediately have a bond with Jim (who is just a great person) shortly after meeting him for the first time. It's funny how young children really have a strong sense of who good people are.

I fiddled a bit with that idea, but Jim's face is a large foreground element and it seemed that providing a little more space to viewer's left gave the pic a little better balance. Of course, there's room to adjust that space to varying degrees, and i certainly didn't try EVERY possibility ;-))
