Excellent, Juan. Definitely not too large even on my laptop. I like the photo
of the girl standing alone among all the legs very much. Great shot. The other
two are nice as well. The fire hydrant pic with the man walking in the
background has a lot of interest and is very well rendered. The
Looks fine, I almost always put stuff up at 800 wide myself and 600
tall if a vertical.
I like this shot the best

Thanks all for the useful comments.
I made a new pass at it. Navigation is more accessible and
obvious--although this being a photoblog, the main idea is just click
on the picture to see the previous one. Fonts are a tiny bit bigger,
too. I'm trying to keep in within 1024x768--I assume it's fair

Okay, you go on my hate list. Before it wasn't necessary because I don't
shoot much BW, but now it is.
LOL. Thanks Marnie, proud to be in your list.

Noticed that myself. I have never shot anything like it.

Hi!
Hello all,
I started a new, color photoblog. I've always been kind of scared of
color photography. I still see most of my pictures in black and white,
but I will try to post color images at least once a week here:
http://color.jbuhler.com
Only two pictures there so far. Comments welcome.
Thanks Kostas, Cotty, Boris.
The picture of the lady with the dog is the color rendering of this one in bw:

And regardless of how sharp it looks at 600 pixels, the focus is in
the lady, when I feel it should be on the dog. It does print

Excellent. Rich tonality, interesting shots. Milano is my favorite with
the contrasting red and blue and the heads at various angles. Nice
work.

Thanks Keith and Paul!
I found that sometimes I shoot pictures for the color. Some other
times, I'm not thinking in color when I shoot, but then I realize the
pic works better that way. So I had a bunch of pictures that I really
didn't know what to do with, as my main thing is BW street photo.

Stunning work as usual. The woman with dog in Firenze is a classic. Your
