'honest' and 'humble'. I always thought it was honest, but obviously you
have to consider who writes it to make that decision. So what I said
goes only some percentage of the time.

In my honest opinion is not an especially common saying. In my humble
opinion is much more common, and is commonly agreed to be the source of
IMHO. It's even less honest, of course.
