I don't think so. The K2 also has a self timer lever that the camera in the video lacks. On 1/30/2016 7:15 PM, Bob W-PDML wrote: K2 On 30 Jan 2016, at 21:08, John wrote: It's not a KX or KM because it doesn't have the self timer lever. On 1/29/2016 4:51 PM, Philip

I'd be thinking the K1000 (particularly since it has the f/2 lens on it. But the body style is similar for the KX, isn't it? Except I'd expect *that* to have the f/1.4 or f/1.7. On Fri, Jan 29, 2016 at 9:14 AM, Steve Cottrell wrote: > On 29/1/16, Darren Addy, discombobulated,

It's a K1000 or a KM can't see the engraving on the left, (as you would hold the camera to your eye), which would confirm which, but then the if that was visible the KM's DOF preview button would be visible as well. I'm leaning towards K1000 as holding the KM in that manor wild put one's

No, the KX was the same size as the KM and K1000, but it would have a clearly visible f stop periscope, like the MX. It was heavier than the K1000, earlier tech and probably better made, though probably not noticeably so in early K1000 bodies. The K2 had a slightly lower top plate, and I

That's kind of why I didn't mention the KX. The KM was a KX without the f stop periscope, and the old CDS metering system lifted almost directly from the Spotmatic F, (the circuit boards are interchangeable), the K1000 was basically a KM without a self timer and DOF preview lever. IIRC the
