At first I didn't thin that this missing AF point was bit deal, but having used the camera a bit, there have been times when I wished it was there. I don' tthink it has anything to do with the Latin vs Nippon alphabet. My guess is that it has to do with how the active AF sensor is displayed

Hi, Just out of curiosity, why do you think (if you find it lacking) MZ-S lacks a bottom (far-right when vertical) AF point? For me, it would make AFing portraits pretty difficult, as we (the part of PDML using Latin alphabet or writing in leftright direction) tend to read photos
