some further tilting) and this AM I noticed the sun is now hitting its front.
Also, dying weeds are now more suited to the scene.
I'd have allowed a bit more of the sky had it had more to offer.

I like this better than the previous attempt - which left me kind of flat.
I like the color and the BW too, which is unusual for me.
The light is so much more dimensional now.
And credit belongs to the photographer for recognizing this!

They both have strong points, but i prefer the BW a bit more. The
light in the colour shot looks very nice and the shadows work well,
but it seems to have a blue cast to it.
The BW looks sharper and more old
