That's a nice shot, very well composed and taking advantage of the backlight.
I especially like how the plant life is glowing on the shore and
mountains in the background.
The shore line leads your eye right into the picture.
Are those two chains of buoy's in the water high on the left?

Yes, those are bouys - actually, they are a water ski course. This
particular area of the lake is called Mud Lake - out in the shallows
with the rushes. The nice thing about it is the depth and plant
growth shelters it from the wind making things really rough. So a
