I've used this Lightroom plugin and it worked fine. It's been a while,
though, so it's possible that it's broken since then.

There's a drop down list in the menu bar to choose your device.

probably get a life. That said I have no idea how to get photos from a
desktop to instagram. I count myself lucky for not having at least one
probably complicated and esoteric skill.
I have enough skills that don't impress
I have not tested any of the following as I just download to my phone
and then upload / add to IG.
