Bill will like this story which supports his view of UPS.
I ordered something fairly cheap that I could not buy locally. The only way they
would ship was UPS 2nd Day Air, just about doubled the cost. Anyway I went to
the UPS tracking site to see about what time UPS would deliver it, and it said
