In the time taken to read this thread, I could have decided which film
to put in my 67II. Much too embarassing to tell you how many other
threads I could read in the time taken to load it!!

Of cource it does use film in stead of a slow

sensor/buffer/memory card.
But it gets the work done.

When I was shooting with the M, I could do that too if I was in a
hurry. But it didn't include the time to rewind the used film, which
took at least another 20 seconds, more if the air was dry.
Never managed to load any SLR quite that fast. Dunno why. The F3 with
the MD4 on it made

A 2G memory card on the *ist DS takes less than four seconds to
exchange and holds approx 197 exposures. That's 8.2
I can reload my LX in about 20 seconds. It takes me about five
minutes to reload my Leica iiif RD, including cutting the leader:-).
I'd say about two minutes to reload the 6x7. But isn't this silly? :-))
