The Karner Blue is a fairly rare butterfly - I like that shot because it
accentuates the extremely reflective wing scales inside

climate. Photos like this make me envy you. Here in New Mexico (99 F
today but 6% humidity, so the evaporative cooler is working great), what
bugs we have are so tough that they eat

Great stuff, Mark. It's always a pleasure to see your latest stuff. I was
surprised at the apertures (f13 / f16). Wow. Some absolutely superb
backgrounds; I would've guessed that they were way closer to wide open.
