It's probably a Ricoh-P compatible lens. If so, the lens has a spring loaded contact that will drop into the well that the camera AF shaft sinks into. You'll need a very thing tool that can be inserted between the lens and the camera at the point where the AF linkage is. You'll then have to work

Well, I got the lens off my PZ 20. I cut a piece of film off an exposed/processed roll leader and slipped it into the very narrow gap between the camera mount and the lens mount. Slid it around until it was covering the af probe (which was in the mf position) and Hurrah! the lens dismounted. That
