I like it--the tones, composition, and clarity are great.
One might crop the dark whatsit at the very bottom--it competes a bit
with the cyclist.

I braced the camera on a low stone wall. So not handheld but not
tripod either. I usually do my long exposure street photography this
way, with "improvised tripods".
