You can't remove (by disassembling the lens, not by cutting it) the aperture lever? Just curious... I know that, if possible, for some lenses this could be easy but for others real pita. Alex Sarbu I guess so, although the lens would loose open aperture metering on other bodies. I don't know if

Do you mean an SMC Pentax 200/4 K-mount? The SMC Tak 200/4 is a screw mount. Both are very good lenses. The screw mount version usually sells for about $75 US. It's inexpensive, because it's plentiful, not because of its quality. The K-mount version is probably worth about $100 US. Paul jmadams
