The first is spectacular, the second is cute. I'd go with spectacular, so it's a cinch the cute one would garner the most praise. By the way, hate you too. Walter Hamler wrote: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/newtmaker/OrlandoandMoon.jpg

They're both excellent. I;m leaning toward the second one. You might want to check the horizon alignment on the first one. It looks a wee bit off to my eye. Paul -- Original message -- From: Walter Hamler [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks guys. I was leaning toward the first one as well. I have it already printed and matted, and the horizon is corrected in the print :-) The second one is one I will save for a later competition that may have a theme better suited to that shot. Walt -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List

I'd go for cute in this case. The oversize moon may possibly detract from the image's impact. Jack --- Walter Hamler [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/newtmaker/OrlandoandMoon.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/newtmaker/Get-the-Shota.jpg I am in a

Get-the-Shota for sure: OrlandoandMoon is nice but somewhat blurred - buildings and the moon. Get-the-Shota has captured an amazing shot of the giraffe's going out to receive the snack (and the image is sharp, though you'll have to clone out the white specks). Too bad the other photographer

Hi Walter, The 2nd one is cute and IMHO the safer choice; the moon shot is technically impressive and challenging at the same time; but it needs the tweaks everyone else mentioned and at the end is not original. Bong On 4/28/07, Walter Hamler [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote:
