That´s not a leak. Shutter is not synching properly. Try using a slower speed like
1/30 or 1/15 and see what it does.
All the best!

There´s a test of the 43 Limited in Foto Magazin 1/2003. Verdict: super, 5/5 stars.
Optical performance 9.6/10, mechanical 9.8/10. Practically no flare. Excellent
sharpness in the center, a bit soft in the corners at full aperture, good at f:4.
Vignetting at full aperture, stopped down OK.
I have two questions on my Z1P built-in flash.
1. How long would be the battery life if all exposure need the full output of the
flash?
2. If I use an external TTL flash together with the built-in flash, how does the
camera divide the output of the two flashes?
Please advise.

Dear William,
Like others pointed out, your problem has, most probably, to do with the
fact that the shutter speed must be slow enough to have the way to the
negative completely free at the moment the flash appears.
You can test this as follows:
take a picture without film, with the flash on, in a

It's because he had his attachment running at a higher-than-synch
speed, and the server shutter curtain couldn't catch it in time...

I post some photos on Photo.net, because I like to get as much feedback

with a pair of deuces or something thereabouts. When I click on their
name, I almost always find that they have zero photos posted. Doesn't it
figure?

Ya, same as the big companies that offer the Vivitar or Phoenix flash rings.
Over and over. Then of course there are the TC's as well. Makes for boring
and irritating browsing. Does ebay have a policy on that?
