I've been doing some reading. It looks like you can only use the SDHC
logo and speed class things if you are a member of the SD card
association www.sdcard.org
The Ridata card is SD V2.0 compliant, which is what SDHC is. I know

The imaging division will almost ceratinly be sold
off to some electronics company pretty soon. Pentax don't need it
anymore and Hoya never did in the first place. This is a sad day indeed...

Mercury wasn't acquired in a merger. It was a brand Edsel Ford
developed to try to fill the niche between Ford and Lincoln. At times
it has been very successful and is actually doing fairly well now with

It is a very convenient and good quality lens.
It stays on the camera for 90% of my shots.
(And I've been a prime lenses only guy until digital...)

I don't buy Samsung brand equipment because as far as I can determine
their customer service in the US is virtually non-existent with
respect to the photographic market. in that regard, Nikon/Canon/Leica/
Pentax/Olympus/Hasselblad are the strongest brands I've worked with.

Automatic volume control? Used to be pretty much standard on AM Radios.
