PESO:  Burning Bush

One of my favorite plants is the Burning Bush (*Euonymus alatus*), next to
our pool waterfall. It came into bloom this week, true to its name:

Dave - I'm not sure they are continuing them  - I went to the site and
searched for 11 x 17" wall calendar and they said they couldn't find any..

Maybe in uSA they don't do it or they stopped altogether as did Cafe press

Re: GESO (7) - New Hampshire 2022

2022-08-20 Thread Daniel J. Matyola
That is a very nice gallery. It gives me a feeling of nostalgia, as I went
to college only 60 miles west of there (although there is no direct or
nearly direct road between the two places). I never visited Squam Lake,
but I passed close by it several times, on my way to Winnepesaukee.

All of the images are interesting and appealing. The first stands out
because of the circle of colorful boats, but my favorite is the second one;
it is beautifully framed by the foreground vegetation; the two stand-up
surfers are perfectly positioned where the water changes color; the fade
in color of the distant hills is nice; but what really makes the image for
me is the fog in the distant valley.

Thanks for sharing these!

Something we don't see much in central Philly, though I've seen them
