Personally, I've never really seen the point to providing "full size, high rez images … for examination" unless I was discussing a particular point of interest and needed to illustrate it with a full resolution photo, and then it's usually only a 1:1 pixel resolution clip that's needed. But, to

Visited a National Refuge a few hours ago and returned with no treasures. My wimpy 55~300 did a fair job of reaching a flock of Snow geese as they departed, (up sun) but nothing else within a "usable" distance. No biggy, but am attaching. J

Yeah, I know the problem only too well. Interesting shot, though. There are flocks of flamingos at the edges of various mine slimes dams around here but the nearest one can approach is about 1km. For safety & legal reasons, access to mine property by members of the public is prohibited.
