Enough funds were raised through The Sons of Norway to pay for the pilot to
take the ship from Bay City Michigan (where I saw it) to Chicago where it is
scheduled to be part of the Tall Ships gathering there this weekend. According
to their website, fundraising continues, and they don’t know yet if they will
be able to continue on to Green Bay and Duluth.
