I think cloning them out in this instance wouldn't be so terrible -- but 
that is because they
are so very tiny  of coruse if they were much larger they could sue 
for invasion of privacy

looking for trees on hills and on the sky line in  late day sunlight.

These guys came along hiking and ruined my shot.  Placement isn't perfect but 
that is where they stopped, and I was focused on the  tree and the hill.  :-)
