If you'd rather order it from Blurb in the U.S.

For some reason the soft cover and hard cover versions of the 2014
annual were loaded up to Blurb as separate projects.

The hard cover versions are available (both dust jacket and image wrap
versions):

would like to keep my set of annuals complete. Blurb does have a soft
cover book, so I may have to settle for that, but all of my others are
hard cover, so I would prefer to find one. I gave mine to the young lady
whose posterior was immortalized in that edition, so I am bookless.

I didn’t know that could happen! I have always assumed that if/when
I wanted to go back to my first books (2008 or so) I would be able
to print another copy…

Blurb is completely print on demand, no stock, so running out would
have to be an artificial condition. Numbered, Limited Edition?

How long do they retain the book files?

X number of day & no one orders it & it's gone?

I would suspect that the difference in the ISBN numbers: Mark carefully
generated two different ones for the hard- and soft-cover versions.

And just in case, for Paul: removing "au" from the URL (domain portion)
would make it easier to order the book from within the US:

Cheers,
