result The two I saw at the Bosque in NM were so far away I could

see them with my strong binoculars.. they are two tiny white specs in a
frame when I was using a 400 mm lens.

However, there are less than 400 Whooping Cranes in the world, so they
are like finding
Great shot. Unusual to see them up there? Esp for this time of the
year. That 850mm effective focal length is crazy!
