Competency Engineer Officer ya ATT III itu, tapi tidak sama dengan ST (Sarjana
Teknlik) atau sebelumnya disebut Ir (Insinyur) karena titel ST adalah diperoleh
setelah lulus dari perguruan tinggi yang dibawah naungan Dirjen Dikti sedang
COC dibawa naungan Dirjen Perhubungan.
Kalau nggak salah kayaknya begitu Bro.

Peraturannya yang berbeda antara Peraturan dan pendidikan pelayaran dan
peraturan lembaga pendidikan /universitas di indonesia, kita susah menjelaskan
antara si A dan si B, Peraturan IMO dan Peraturan P & K.
agar lebih jelas datanglah ke bagian yang bersangkutan agar tidak terjadi miss
communication.
