Some time ago someone asked for information on Tinbergen's articles on shipbuilding. I forwarded the request to my colleague who was on sabbatical in the Netherlands and, as he explains, I just got back his response. If this is what was requested, whoever asked for it could let me know that it is what was desired so I could inform my colleague that his efforts were not in vain.
