I wholeheartedly concur with Paul Phillips' response to Paul Burgess.  The
amazing thing about U.S. policy towards Cuba is precisely that it is so
idiotic and illogical.  It makes absolutely no sense from the capitalist
viewpoint of U.S. firms that would like to operate (openly) in Cuba and
from the solidaristic viewpoint of concerned persons in the U.S.  Only
within the narrow confines of U.S. internal politics does the U.S. stance
make any sense.
