perlfaq was only updated yesterday which I believe was AFTER 5.16.3 was built for testing. It has since been updated into the git repo: http://perl5.git.perl.org/perl.git/commit/f78966ffb0f47ffdd7e0bb07b422308709bd39ae Please join #p5p if this is the sort of thing you are able to help with.
