[perl-win32-gui-users] Help Required in installing Win32-GUI

Hi, I have downloaded Win32-GUI-1.02.tar file from cpan.org http://cpan.org website.I am trying to install this and i am not able install it its giving an error message.Could any one of you tell the excat steps to install this successfully.I am using 5.8.7.813 version of perl. Thanks in advance.
