sharedsv_array_mg_free() and sharedsv_elem_mg_free() can be merged.
Dave Mitchell noticed that as the data points used by arrays elements to
track the shared aggregate

Remove redundant SPAGAIN PUTBACK after PUSHSTACKi().
PUSHSTACKi() calls SWITCHSTACK(), which sets PL_stack_sp and sp like this:

As of commit 53a7735b62aee146 (May 2007) Perl_vload_module() wraps its call

Remove Cwd from the actually architecture dependant files special cases.
This probably hasn't been needed since the file Cwd.pm was moved from lib/

Remove the hints for Kubota Pacific's Titan 3000 Series Machines.
These appear to be a hold-over from Perl 4 days. We think it unlikely that
perl 5.000 ever compiled correctly on these machines

Move BmUSEFUL to the IV slot from the NV slot, simplifying union _xnvu.
This change is made possible by commit 8922e4382e9c1488 (June 2013), which
eliminated BmPREVIOUS, which had been using the IV slot
