Add constants τ and π (aliases for tau and pi)
π is already provided by Rakudo; a patch for τ is on its way.

Merge pull request #103 from Juerd/master
Provide tau constant, include unicode aliases in spec
Since tau is now in rakudo, I see no problem including it in the spec.
