Have you selected the option to install for all users/only for me? Also,
can you please share the error screenshot? This seems to be more like a
windows issue as it is an application access issue.
Also what previous version were you using?

open a new connection for each query? So to re-use the already opened
connection that is used for the dashboard and use this one connection only?
Maybe with a config parameter?
Background: we are using pgAdmin in
