[HACKERS] CVS head has broken make

Getting this, my cvs copy is as of 1:00PM EST. [EMAIL PROTECTED] pgsql]# ./configure --prefix=/usr checking build system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu checking host system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu checking which template to use... linux checking whether to build with 64-bit integer date/time
