Generating dev images takes me a lot of time. It seems pharo
developers are not interested in pharo-dev images

For pharo we want to have one image (one click) with all the dev tools
listed on the web-page of damien.
Then this image will be based on a core image and with tools
integrated (minimal number of class
extensions).
