There is no progress bar visible.
I'm not sure - in #20557 there was a change on progress bar

I cannot reproduce it I used http://pharo.gforge.inria.fr/ci/image/20/20559.zip
and updated, there was clearly a progress bar visible. However it only starts
once
it loads Monticello data.
