[Phono-L] Edison Bedplates

When discussing pinstriping a bedplate, somebody mentioned how to strip a bedplates paint. I noticed from previous experience that paint stripper was innefictive. The solution previously mentioned was soaking it in some kind of stripping liquid. Anyone know what that might be? Thanks Randy
