We actually have new pdf's, as generated kindly by Jirka. However, we have
80MB of them, so i am waiting till we come up with a more efficient way of

phpdoc too. We use one space for XML indentation and 4 spaces
for PHP codes in examples, no tabs. This is for phpdoc. And it

Every manual is not complete. Holding nearly complete chapters in
temp-directories is also a bad idea. This will confuse readers and
writers.
