After update phpldapadmin 1.1 --> 1.2
I go in phpldapadmin to "ou=People,dc=mondomain,dc=fr" cn=admin and click at on
uid and then model : valeur par defaut and use : Copier*uid=6000* vers un
nouvel objet:
I change uid (uid=6001,ou=people,dc=mondomain,dc=fr) and after "return" I get

thank you for your hint. I mean, it's a good idea to make UID unique for new
entries. But an alias isn't a new entry. It is only a link and it is not
dangerous to use UID twice in this case. Is it possible, to make UID unique
generally, but not in alias entries?

You probably want to remove UID from the unique attrs configuration.
