I hope I understand your question properly. You could use plastic (pvc) tubes of ,for examle 2 inches length, placed vertically. They could be glued in place using polyurethane or another bonding material. The tubes could be bonded directly to the bottom of your sink, or to the corners plastic

I made huge sinks for a project at work. Four of them each 3 ft wide and 11 ft long, 6 inches deep. The have been used for 3 or 4 years without any leaking. I made the sinks out of plywood, but lined them with 1/8 inch PVC sheet plastic. I had the plastic formed at a shop to a U shape to

A few thoughts: There are at least half a dozen good ways to build a darkroom sink. You say 22 inches. If you are intending to use 16x20 inch trays, make sure you measure them as your 22 inches seems tight! I build mine out of high grade plywood and two part epoxy paint. The sides (not plywood)

HI Greg, I just read Joe Rollins' excellent suggestion on using cypress, this one might help on construction techniques: Check Build Your Own Home Darkroom by Lista Duren and Will McDonald. It has a couple of pages of simple, clear instructions on building wooden duckboards, the strainers for
