I found it in the Car knick knacks section with keychains, clocks etc...
on the back it says imported by trileaf distribution trifeuil Toronto Canada
It will time in one minute

What was the vulnerability? I allow people to upload and download via
PHP scripts on my web site, and probably should tighten up my security...

Its called a parking timer. Its a keychain with a clock and countdown
timer. You can set it to time a certain interval of time. when the time
has expired it will beep.
