Understand that infrared film is sensitive to infrared radiation, as well as visible light. Since infrared radiation is beyond the red range, we usually use red filters to remove all but the red visible light, so the film receives red visible light and infrared radiation. You can also use

Hi Ben, Using a green filter with BW infrared will look like using it with ordinary BW film. You need a red or opaque IR filter for good results. We've just shot our first roll of Konica IR with an R72 filter and pinhole sieve, looks very promising. Cheers, Colin McKie bendur...@aol.com
